How to locate your driver
Ground Transportation is identified outside each terminal on the arrivals level by color coded signage that hangs above the applicable waiting area.
Upon your flight’s arrival at LAX, you will receive a text message with your driver’s contact information. Once you have exited the doors of baggage claim to the outside, look for the white overhead “Passenger Pickup” signage and white painted curbs. Proceed to the crosswalk towards the outer island and your vehicle will arrive shortly. This pickup method will save you up to 45 minutes compared to LAXit.
Sedan and SUV Service Reservations
Meet and greet service will be provided. The driver will park in the parking lot and meet you in baggage claim with a sign bearing your name. He or she will then help you with your luggage, and direct you to your vehicle.
Shared Ride Shuttle
To find your Shuttle, please exit the baggage claim area through the doors to the outside. Look for the Shared Ride ORANGE overhead sign & Column wrap and proceed to the crosswalk towards the outer island. There you will find a Customer Service Representative. Present your reservation confirmation number to him or her. In the event a representative is not present, please call (310) 873-3861 for assistance and wait for your vehicle to arrive. This pickup method will save you up to 45 minutes compared to LAXit.
Customers will receive a text message 30 minutes before the driver arrives at their pickup location. Drivers will drop customer off outside of their airline’s terminal and unload their luggage onto the curb.
