First Phone contact for pick up at SAN was interesting. Woman wanted us to go stand under a specific sign. I told her we had 3 pieces of luggage, carry-ons and a person in a wheelchair and that we were standing in the passenger loading zone in front of United Baggage claim. She told me we HAD to stand under that specific sign…which I could not find. She then gave me the driver’s phone number. He told me to stay where we were and asked a couple more location specific questions. He also said that that specific sign hadn’t been up for several days and to watch for a white van with flashing lights. Several minutes later, we were in the van and on our way home. Driver was terrific. Our only difficulty was transferring our daughter from her wheelchair into the middle row of seats. Might have been easier for us to put her in the front passenger seat. Next time.

Steve picked us up on 2 November and delivered us in a timely, professional, friendly fashion to Lindbergh Field to begin a wonderful 9-day odyssey through Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. He was present when we emerged with our luggage on 11 November and gave us an equally timely, professional, friendly ride back home.to La Mesa.

My plane got in 20 minutes early … and my driver was there waiting for me. It was a smooth ride to my hotel. Great conversation about how things are changing & finding a good place to retire.

We used Vango again to get our tribe of 7 to the airport and again they did not disappoint! Highly efficient, great communication, very dependable!
